Executive Team Bio Refresh
Goal: Align to the Google brand
After Motorola Mobility was acquired by Google, the executive team pages on motorola.com needed a refresh to follow the new brand guidelines. I was responsible for finding the right photographers in various geographies, coordinating executive time and schedules, photography direction, writing and editing biographies, and coordinating with the web publishing team for updates.

Headquarters Move
Goals: Retain top talent and reach 100% employee experience satisfaction
Moving a corporate headquarters from the suburbs to the heart of downtown Chicago required new intranets, social media presence, sponsorships, public relations support, agency and vendor management, executive speeches, talking points for the mayor, employee town halls, special events and more. I was the main point of contact for most communications, the website and social designer as well as executive communications lead.
Read about the move from the project's lead Steve Monaco in LEADER magazine, pages 34-36.
